Press Tab in the search box and say what you remember about the mail: who it was from, what it asked, when it came. Dodosend lists the closest mail, even when it says it with other words than yours.
For this, the text of each mail is processed once. It is not kept or used for anything else. Where your mail goes
Pick a sender, a date, a folder or a label and each one becomes a chip. The chips are the whole search, so you see exactly what it looks for. Or type the common Gmail search operators, like from: and has:attachment.
Every search opens as a Tab of its own. Press CtrlS and give it a name, and it stays in your Tabs next to the Inbox.
Press H and type “in 3 days”, “thu 4pm” or “tonight”. The list shows the times it reads as you type. The thread leaves the Inbox and comes back then.
After you send, choose Remind me if no reply. If nobody answers by then, the thread comes back to the Inbox.
Pick a send time and close the app. The mail still goes out at that time.

Comes back to the Inbox at that time, even if Dodosend is closed.
While you write, type ; and the start of a template's name, then press Enter. Its text goes in where you are writing.
Write [name] or [day] in a template and it becomes a blank. The first one is selected when it goes in, and Tab moves to the next. Send with a blank still in and Dodosend asks first.
Keep a draft or a mail you sent as a template. Your templates are the same in every mailbox.

Your mail is never stored on our servers. You sign in on Google's own page, so Dodosend never sees your password.
