Acceptance of Terms

By using Dodosend, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Service

Dodosend is a desktop email client for Gmail. You connect your Google account through Google OAuth. We keep your OAuth tokens, and the other data that our Privacy Policy describes, only to provide the service.

Your Responsibilities

• Use Dodosend in compliance with applicable laws.
• Keep access to your Google account secure.
• Do not misuse or interfere with the service.

Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Bypass security or access restrictions.
• Use the service to violate the rights of others.

Third-Party Services

Dodosend relies on third-party services, such as Google’s APIs, Stripe for payments, and the other providers that our Privacy Policy lists. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the desktop app: open Settings, and in Account, select Delete account. This removes your profile, tokens, sessions, and the data that you saved in Dodosend from our systems. Your mail stays in Gmail.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Dodosend if you violate these terms or if required to protect the service.

Disclaimer

Dodosend is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dodosend will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
